Today I spent 2hrs learning Japanese, 2hrs on a train going to work, 2hrs in a class teaching English and 2hrs on a train coming back from work. In total that's 8 hrs. I slept for maybe 6 hrs last night. If you times the amount of time I spent sleeping - 6hrs- by the time I've spent doing something - 8hrs- you get the total satisfaction obtained : 48hrs. I think this is very good for one day. And I haven't even added the amount of time I spent on my laptop!
