Right! Japan's great. It's got Zen Buddhism. It's got sushi. It's got manga. It's got lovely weather and nice mountains. Its people are nice and polite. Things work well, all the time. It's got Shinkansens. It's got Gyu-Don and MISO SOUP! It's got Pachinko. It's got lots of arcade games. It's got hot baths and spas. It's got a philosphy of respect and loyalty pulsing through its veins. Its people love giving gifts and are really considerate of other people's feelings. It's people go out of their way to make most foreigners welcome. It's got pubs where you can eat fried squid, steak, noodles AND drink beer. It's so safe, I can give people my money and come back the next year and they won't have spent it. It's got a tradition of sitting cross legged which is always nice for the circulation, I reckon. It's got green tea. It's got tatami floors. It's got sliding paper doors. The language is cool. It's got loads of cherry blossams, admired ostensibly for their impermanence. It's got Tottoro. The women are beautiful. It's temples and shrines are heavenly. It's got tropical islands. It's got Bonzai trees and Sumo. It's got shops galore. Yep, Japan's got loads of good stuff BUT.....it hasn't got Vic and Bob. http://www.vicandbob.net/text/catterick.htm Boo hoo
