Kamakura
At the weekend, I finally got to go to Kamakura. I hadn't been for many months, and was very excited. I did my usual hike up the hill and down to the sea. It didn't let me down. At the beach I ate a ham sandwhich and got attacked by a kite that swooshed down to grab my food. The trauma forced me further inland where I found a park and resumed my eating. Then a wild tiger lept out of the bushes and pounced on my sandwhich. I left him there, informed the local crocs that there was a tasty tiger in the park and smiled my way back to the station. All in all it was a very rehabilitating day and I thank Kamakura profoundly. If I lived in the Thai jungle, I'd have to buy Kamakura something....
