It's nice to know...
I finished "Hardcore Zen" and I would thoroughly recommend it to everyone, if it weren't for the fact that it probably isn't for everyone. But I found it really eye opening and a great incentive to sit more and to stop wasting time. I wish I hadn't read it so fast though - got nothing to do now!
